Warranty and Product Registration

Warranty Terms:

RADHA ENTERPRISES products are covered by varying warranty periods, as detailed below. Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and is subject to the following conditions:

Warranty is valid only if the product is purchased from authorized dealers or the official website.

Mattresses (HR Foam, Spring, Ortho, Hybrid Memory, Hybrid Latex, Matrix Grid)

  • Warranty: 5 to 7 years.
  • Core Sagging: Covered if the mattress shows significant sagging. Small depressions (less than 1” for mattresses under 5” thickness or 1.5” for thicker mattresses) are not covered.
  • Warranty Inclusions:
    • The warranty covers defects in material or workmanship, including but not limited to:
    • Sagging or Loss of Shape: Significant sagging or loss of shape of the core in mattresses.
    • Structural Damage: Any structural defect in the product caused by manufacturing flaws.
    • Faulty Stitches or Seams: Issues related to stitching, seams, or any manufacturing defects.
    • Defects in Foam or Padding: If there are visible defects in the foam or padding due to manufacturing errors.
  • Exclusions:
    • Wear and tear from regular use, fabric or stitching damage.
    • Comfort preference or firmness changes.
    • Damages due to improper cot size or structure.
    • Stains or damages caused post-unpacking (must be reported within 2 days).
    • Damage from ironing or misuse.
    • Insect infestations or damage from natural calamities.

Pillows (Memory, Latex, Fibre, and other variants)

  • Warranty: 6 months to 5 years.
  • Inclusions:
    • Defective Foam: Issues with foam structure.
    • Manufacturing Flaws: Any flaws in stitching or seams that affect product performance
  • Exclusions:
    • Wear and tear from regular use.
    • User-inflicted damages or damages due to improper use.

Bedding Accessories (Mattress Protectors, Pillow Protectors, Toppers, Comforters, etc.)

  • Warranty: 6 months to 2 years.
  • Inclusions:
    • Stitching or Seam Failures: Any manufacturing defects in seams, stitching, or fabric.
    • Fabric Issues: Issues caused by defective material
  • Exclusions:
    • Wear and tear from regular use.
    • Damage caused by improper use, washing, or storage.

Wedge Pillows & Neck Pillows

  • Warranty: 2 years.
  • Inclusions:
    • Structural Integrity: Any defects in the shape or structure of the pillow due to manufacturing issues.
    • Stitching and Fabric Defects: Any defective stitching or fabric issues
  • Exclusions:
    • Wear and tear from regular use.
    • User-inflicted damages or damages due to improper use.

Other Products (Cushion Fillers, Car Neck Pillows, Lumbar Support, etc.)

  • Warranty: 6 months to 5 years.
  • Inclusions:
    • Structural Damage: Any defect or damage to the structure, padding, or fabric due to manufacturing defects.
    • Stitching Defects: Faulty stitching or fabric defects that impact product use
  • Exclusions:
    • Wear and tear from regular use.
    • Damage caused by improper use.

Prorated Warranty:

After the first year, warranty coverage is prorated based on the remaining warranty period.

Shipping Terms for Warranty Claims:

The buyer will be responsible for shipping the product to us. Once the product is inspected and found to have a manufacturing defect, we will ship a replacement product to the buyer and reimburse the shipping cost for the returned item
